The 7th Annual Lee County
Senior Expo is a free community event created to connect Southwest
Florida seniors and their families with trusted information, valuable
services, and the people and organizations available to support them.
For seven consecutive years, the same local organization and core team
have planned and presented this event as a service to the community.
What began as a commitment to helping local seniors has grown into Lee
County’s only county-wide senior expo of its kind, bringing together
residents, caregivers, healthcare professionals, senior service
providers, community organizations, and local businesses in one
welcoming location. Admission remains completely free for seniors,
families, caregivers, and members of the public. There is no purchase
required to attend. Guests are encouraged to bring a spouse, friend,
adult child, caregiver, or anyone who helps them navigate important
healthcare, financial, housing, and lifestyle decisions. Attendees will
have the opportunity to meet nearly 100 exhibitors and vendors
representing healthcare, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing,
Medicare resources, wellness services, local businesses, nonprofit
organizations, and other community resources. Guests can ask questions,
explore available services, and make personal connections with
organizations serving seniors throughout Lee County and Southwest
Florida. The Expo will also feature health and wellness screenings, live
entertainment, giveaways, prizes, free swag bags while supplies last,
and surprises throughout the day. Food trucks will be available on site
for guests who would like to purchase food. The event will take place
primarily indoors at the North Fort Myers Recreation Center, with food
trucks and select activities outside. It is a family-friendly community
event, although its resources and activities are primarily designed for
seniors, caregivers, and the family members who support them. Advance
