If you wish to be considered for participation, you must provide pictures of your booth, your products, and a complete list of those products to Belinda Hadcock at reelpirates@comcast.net.  Some categories may closed, so it is best to submit your information as soon as possible.  We are looking for local artists, hand crafted items, nautical themed pieces and children's items. If your wares are unique, we would love to see them!

Requirements:  Participants must follow the festival's guidelines by wearing pirate garb, decorating their booth in pirate theme, and be prepared to interact with guests in an appropriate pirate style.  Booths must be open and occupied by merchants in a pirate garb at all times during festival hours.  Food, Weapons, Game and Ride Vendors must provide insurance certificates.  All booths must furnish a fire extinguisher.

Exhibitors and businesses that are not selling anything but want to promote their business are  also  welcome.  Please call for availability.
